It’s a ranking that culinary thrill-seekers look forward to each month like it’s the Messiah. A unique selection, led by a panel of experts, highlighting the very best of gastronomy, showcasing the top addresses from all over France. And at the end of this month, October, a completely new list has just been published by the famous Michelin Guide, featuring 20 new establishments recognized as worthy of paying a minimum wage for an exceptional dinner. Or not, because some offer quite affordable prices considering the quality of the meal. And here’s some great news, this time, out of the two dozen restaurants presented, 6 are located in Paris!

6 New Dining Spots in Paris Among the Best in France
If there are people on this planet whom you can trust for restaurant recommendations, it's the inspectors of the Michelin Guide. Once again this month, they have honored the French capital as 6 out of the 20 new addresses added to the Michelin Guide France in October are from Paris. Clearly, this month's focus is on a traditional, straightforward French cuisine that is yet incredibly thoughtful, highlighting seasonal ingredients that are perfectly crafted and have succeeded in winning the hearts of critics.

For example, we have Prévelles, a spot located in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, offering a menu primarily focused on vegetables, where veggies shine like they’re made of magic! Over in the 8th, chef Irwin Durand crafts a delightful seasonal cuisine in an intimate setting at Irwin. If you're in the mood for a little time travel, head to Magnolia in the 9th, where the delightfully retro ambiance pairs beautifully with dishes that are simply striking in their balance. Next up, let’s visit Fugue in the 10th, where chef Hitoshi Minatani serves up a precise and delicious cuisine inspired by Asian flavors. In the 11th, Alice Arnoux will treat us at the Café de l’Usine, a place we’ve already raved about right here! And finally, don’t miss out on Trou Gascon in the 12th, which has just been reimagined for a fresh experience.

France, a global powerhouse of gastronomy
If Île-de-France clearly stands out with over a quarter of the new distinguished addresses, the other regions have nothing to be ashamed of either, bursting with little gems waiting to be discovered. Among the other selected addresses, there are four establishments located in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (the 2nd most represented region after IDF), two in Occitanie and in the PACA region. Finally, Brittany, Loire Valley, Grand Est, Hauts-de-France, and Normandy are also part of this exciting adventure!a Corsica records a new establishment in the list. Enjoy your meal !
