After the success of their first hall in the Île-de-France region in Issy-les-Moulineaux, they are returning to the Paris suburbs with quality and local products. A future HQ on the horizon?
A huge rehabilitated space
For this brand new project, the Biltoki house has decided to invest in the eco-district of the Arsenal in Rueil-Malmaison. And not for the first time, they’ve chosen to completely build a new building, replacing the former NATO Hall, which was a center for improving American missiles in the 1960s and 70s. The building...
It unfortunately had to be destroyed due to its state of disrepair, but luckily a large part of the materials that are still in good condition should be reused for this new construction. Everything to Delight Us
On-site, we will find a total of 24 stands. From bakery to butchery, including catering, there will be everything to delight us. Independent vendors have been carefully selected for the quality of their products and their expertise, ready to pamper all the food lovers passing by with fresh and seasonal products, as well as artisanal specialties. Between market stalls, tasting areas, and lively counters, this future hall will gather everything needed for an amazing time with friends. And if you don’t reach fullness on-site (which we really doubt), head over to Mr. Claude, in the same square, at the brand new restaurant.nt de Danny Khezzar. A lovely esplanade that truly has everything to become the place to be. Especially since, as the cherry on top, if Rueil-Malmaison seems like the end of the world for now, all these amazing foodie spots will be accessible soon with line 15!
