The Perfect Fry
No matter if you prefer them "classic" with just a sprinkle of salt, "American" with a generous helping of mayo and ketchup, "Canadian" style with poutine, or super "chic French" with a delicate cheese sauce, fries are a sure bet… as long as they are made extremely, extremely well. Whether it’s their color, size, or texture, no detail can be overlooked.
And this, at Adora, they totally understand. That’s why they have crafted the perfect fry, sure to delight both street food lovers and fine dining enthusiasts. A nice little stick of potato (or "pdt" for those in the know) measuring exactly 13 mm by 13 mm to ensure perfect cooking and crunchiness.
Potatoes, with the skin, of course, cooked in vegetable oil, so that everyone can enjoy them.

Mouthwatering Recipes
To elevate this divine creation even more, Adora offers a whole series of extremely interesting variations. So, be careful, these perfect fries stand beautifully on their own, of course, and you can enjoy them the classic way, simply paired with the house sauces crafted by the restaurant: spicy mayo, harissa, vegan mayo, sweet and sour, or even tuna/squid ink.
For the true foodies, treat yourself by adding a pumpkin cream, a shredded Boeuf à la bourguignonne, or an incredible 8-hour confit lamb shoulder spiced up with harissa. And for those...Adventurers, we show up at Adora for snack time, ready to indulge in the sweet version: fries accompanied by pistachio or hazelnut praline, or chocolate sauce. So yes, it’s surprising, but it can’t be bad either!
