Do you smell that delicious aroma of mozzarella, olive oil, and focaccia? No, you're not in the depths of Puglia or Tuscany, but right in the middle of Boulevard de Belleville. These good Mediterranean flavors are brought to us by the Food Market for its new Italian edition on May 11, 2023.
A winning formula
The recipe remains unchanged: Boulevard de Belleville, a bunch of colorful street food stalls, reasonably priced dishes, large groups of friends, and a friendly atmosphere. To oversee all of this, Ilaria Brunetti (and her passion for our Italian friends) takes charge of finding us the crème de la crème of Italian chefs and specialties in the capital.

The top of Italian cuisine in Paris
In the kitchen, we will find motivated restaurateurs ready to tantalize our taste buds. On the menu: the refined cuisine of Season 11 Top Chef contestant Gianmarco Gorni, the specialties from Puglia of Honorati, the Roman street food of Pala Mia, the famous pizza by the slice from Baldoria, the focaccias from Naturale, the artisanal coffee from Trinci Caffè, and finally, the fresh charcuterie and ravioli from Salsamenteria di Parma. In short, we're going to feast, but we didn't doubt that for a second.
