What if naan met raclette? A pairing we never expected that has convinced us in just a few words. This ultra cheesy combo is brought to us by Kuna at their naan counter, conveniently located on rue Jean-Baptiste-Pigalle. It’s a seasonal sandwich that’s wonderfully melty and makes our mouths water in anticipation.
The Naan Temple in Paris
First things first, let us introduce you to this place, which is undoubtedly one of the best Indian restaurants in the capital. And for good reason: at Kuma, naan is king, and we couldn’t be happier about it. This 100% street food spot offers four sandwich options: the Tikka Naan with chicken simmered in coconut milk, tomatoes, and spices; the Karee Naan with crispy cod; the Pull Naan with pork shoulder confit in curry; and finally, the Veggie Naan with paneer drizzled in a secret, creamy sauce. All of this is perfectly complemented by veggie samosas or a delicious bowl of dhal soup… In short, a meal to savor!

The Cheesy Sandwich of Winter
As the raclette season has officially kicked off – just look at the gloomy weather and freezing temperatures taking over the capital – the Kuna Family has discovered the perfect combo to help us brave the winter: the naan-raclette. The idea? A dough made from naan. ```Deliciously filled with raclette cheese and baked in a tandoori oven. The best of France and the best of India in one bite, to be discovered this Wednesday December 4th at their location in the 9th district. Enjoy your treat, Bonbecs!
