Until the end of February, the hotel in the center of Paris welcomes us in its hyper-realistic mountain chalet, which almost makes us feel like we've gone on an excursion to Chamonix for one evening. Here, the atmosphere is deliberately vintage: record player and vinyls from the 70s, large and cozy tables.ses, small cozy fireplace corner, flea market finds here and there... A real leap back in time that almost makes us nostalgic for an era we've never known. Raclette with a wheel of cheese and original cocktails. When it comes to provisions (because that's why we're here after all), you won't be disappointed: raw and smoked cheese wheels, a selection of charcuterie, bresaola and truffled white ham, potatoes, salad, an abundance of pickles, and even some roasted vegetables for the vegetarian folks who skip the meat. Expect to pay between 35€ and 46€ per person depending on the formula you choose.

The highlight? The exclusive cocktail menu by Monkey 47. The Hoxton has gone all out to create a place that meets our raclette cravings, and they have also partnered with the gin brand to offer us original and surprising creations, with or without alcohol. A personal favorite is the "Sloe Collins 47," a light and fruity mix of gin, peach soda, and jasmine, topped with tonic and jasmine syrup.

You can choose to book the venue exclusively or come as a group of 2, 3, 4, 6 or more and enjoy the evening with other guests. After this, you'll never see raclette nights the same way again.
