During this gray winter season, this spot could very well become our go-to place to tackle the chilly December nights. The Palais de Tokyo is back at it this year and has just unveiled its annual winter terrace, and to top it all off, a giant transparent bubble that's absolutely magical.
Life-Sized Snow Globe Facing the Eiffel Tower
It's a huge glass dome that has just been installed on the forecourt of the contemporary art museum. A magical and timeless place, promising us cozy evenings all winter long. Monsieur Bleu, the restaurant at Palais de Tokyo, continues to offer lunches and dinners one-on-one with the Iron Lady, all amidst a forest of twinkling fir trees.

On the agenda: vintage wooden furniture, (fake) animal skins, beautiful floral tablecloths, trees adorned with ribbons, and a large table that can host up to 20 people. All this gorgeous decor was created by Cordelia de Castellane, the artistic director of Paris Society, for everyone's delight. It's truly a space where you can feel, quite literally, in your own bubble.
Delicious cocktails and festive meals
In this cozy and warm atmosphere, you can enjoy a highly festive menu and a meal worthy of the finest Michelin stars. On a table delicately lit by candles, you can marvel at (and taste) a whirlwind of delicious dishes, featuring black truffle pizza, langoustine ravioli, and scallops.
Pair it with the signature cocktails from Monsieur Bleu and a lovely selection of wines and champagnes, and wrap it all up with a thin apple tart, salted caramel, and vanilla ice cream, or a seasonal pavlova with chestnuts and blackcurrant. Here's the good news? The venue is fully privatizable, both for lunch and dinner, perfect for an amazing time with family or friends.
