What if we combined tradition and transition ?
Mixing tradition and modernity, culinary expertise and commitment to the planet is the challenge taken on by La Vie and Adela with this exclusive pop-up. An ambitious undertaking that shows that gastronomy can be more responsible, yet just as delicious!
For just 48 hours, traditional recipes from the Italian mamma are reimagined by an Italian chef without animal products, preserving their essence, flavors, and generosity. Want a sneak peek of the 100% veggie menu? Polpette al peperone, Arancini alla Siciliana, Casarecce alla Carbonara... The veggie bacon from La Vie replaces guanciale, there's a veggie alternative for mortadella, and the meatballs bring a fresh twist. The result is so impressive that you’ll almost want a second plate!

Only 48 hours to charm Parisians with veggie Italian cuisine!
On Friday, September 26, during lunchtime, a vegetarian menu will be offered alongside Adela's usual menu. Then, on Friday evening and all day Saturday, September 27, enjoy a 100% plant-based menu.
Since its inception, La Vie has been reinventing the essential foods on our plates in a plant-based version, to show that you can reduce (or even stop) meat consumption without losing the joy of eating. After plant-based ham and bacon, it’s now time for veggie Italian meatballs that promise to surprise both your mind and your taste buds, and challenge some long-held beliefs. Sacrilege for some? Perhaps!e. But a culinary favorite for many. The event only lasts 48 hours, so book quickly before it's too late !
