And it's all about... Valentin Raffali, the young chef from Marseille, who managed to stand out from the very first episode with his video presentation, telling us about his restaurant where he only cooks with fire! A super cool profile, who has won us over throughout the episodes, and who finds himself this week at the doors of the final, facing Jorrick and Clotaire. And to congratulate him for this exemplary journey, chef Pascal Barbot has decided to invite him for an exclusive collaboration at the heart of his Parisian address in the 16th, on June 26th for lunch and dinner!

A high-flying candidate

We don't know yet who will win this exceptional season of Top Chef — and at the same time, could a season of Top Chef be anything other than exceptional? — but one thing is for sure, young Valentin is clearly one of the top favorites, and has been since the beginning. With incredibly innovative dishes, plenty of standout moments, and a great relationship with the chefs, he's been flawless. Unfortunately for us, poor inhabitants of northern France, his highly original restaurant, Livingstone, is located in Marseille. So it's not easy to go treat yourself, and especially not cheap, even with Ouigo.

A Special Invitation

Luckily for us, chef Pascal Barbot has decided to grant all our wishes, by inviting the young prodigy to come share his Parisian kitchens for a day. And it's on June 26th that the two artists will meet at L'Astrance, in the 16th arrondissement. Together, they have created a 7-course menu, available for lunch and dinner, for which reservations are already open. On the menu, plates with a vegetal dominance, extremely fresh, showcasing products such as cherries, lime, mussels, and an incredible suckling pig on the grill, raw nectarine and chili gel. To participate in this exclusive experience, reservation only, you will need to budget 245 euros per person. But honestly, considering the incredible quality of the dishes, it's definitely worth it!During the frame and chief, and especially compared to the price of a Paris-Marseille, one really thinks that it's really, really worth it, right? 😊.

Get ready to savor the collaboration between Pascal Barbot and Valentin Raffali at L’Astrance!
