This is a place that needs no introduction. Kodawari Ramen is simply one of the best ramen spots in Paris, known for its immersive decor. The first location, Kodawari Yokocho, transports you to a Japanese alley.in the heart of rue Mazarine in the 6th, while the second, Kodawari Tsukiji, brilliantly succeeds in the crazy challenge of immersing us in the famous Tokyo fish market, with its bustling atmosphere and narrow passages, just a few steps from the Palais-Royal. The attention to detail is taken to the extreme each time to transport us elsewhere, and it works like a charm.

But true happiness is what’s on the plate. Here, the ramen is good. Very, very good. The broths are fragrant, the ingredients are carefully chosen, and the noodles are handmade in their own mill near Paris. In short, it’s incredible.
