Paris, the capital of fashion, Paris, the capital of gastronomy. With the upcoming opening of its new restaurant-bar, Jenny, the Paris Marriott Champs Elysées hotel brings together what makes the excellence of the capital. In this newly renovated gem bathed in light, there is a unique blend of tradition and modernity, between luxury and simplicity, and between indulgence and sophistication that thrives.

In addition to a restaurant offering traditional French dishes reimagined with an international twist, it’s with an elegantly curated Tea Time by chef Valentin Langlais, available every Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 5:30 PM, that Jenny will welcome the public starting September 20, 2025.
A grand tribute to an exceptional figure in Parisian fashion
Why Jenny, you may ask? The name was not chosen by chance. While Parisian fashion is often associated with figures like Christian Dior or Yves Saint Laurent, a woman named Jenny Sacerdote also played a key role in the evolution of luxury and couture in the 20th century. It is to her that we owe the bold little size.ur gray, which has become as famous as Chanel's little black dress. And it is in its former workshop, occupied until 1940, that the restaurant-bar has made its home.
Like a finely embroidered tribute to this shadowy figure and her unique art, the Paris Marriott Champs Élysées Hotel has thought of every detail of this restaurant-bar to ensure there’s a touch of fashion—and of course, a bit of Jenny—in every nook and on every plate.

From Sewing to the Plate
Precise lines, a splash of colors, drapes worthy of the finest fabrics… In the kitchen, sewing and gastronomy come together seamlessly. Just like creating a high-fashion piece, each element of the tea time adds its own uniqueness to ultimately create a true collection.

Pistachio delight, pavlova, Savoie biscuit, chocolate soufflé tartlet, as well as black garlic and sweet onion confit gougère or piquillo focaccia to bring some savory flavors… The Tea Time is presented with six generous, delicious, seasonal pieces, exclusively vegetarian. We accompany it all with a delightful Damman Frères tea or a wonderfully creamy old-fashioned hot chocolate, and you're all set. Will you be coming back next weekend?
