It’s been a year now, since last May, when Red Sauce opened its doors in the cour des Petites Écuries in the 10th arrondissement. This innovative spot, a refreshing twist on the Italian places we see all over the capital, has quickly found a special place in our hearts as pasta and pizza enthusiasts. And here’s the good news: to celebrate this first anniversary, they’re treating us to an evening that promises to be both delicious and budget-friendly!
An Italian That Blows Your Mind
At the heart of one of the coolest streets in the 10th, Red Sauce offers us a unique culinary experience that blends cultures: Italian-American recipes in a Parisian diner.
. The goal is simple: to offer the dishes created by Italian immigrants in the USA, while celebrating tomato sauce — the famous red sauce — from appetizer to dessert.Voir cette publication sur Instagram
This leads to delicious and original recipes, including the amazing Detroit square pizzas, baked right in steel molds (which were once scavenged directly from the factories by workers) for an ultra-crispy and caramelized crust, or the spaghetti all’assassina, perfect for fans of spicy, not to mention the dessert with the sundae and its surprising tomato sauce.
An Evening at the Top
For its one-year anniversary, Red Sauce is inviting us for a special evening to rediscover all its greatest classics. From 6 PM to midnight, come by to enjoy a feast of great deals: lasagna, delicious offerings, and more!
Pizzas with pepperoni or a trio of sauces, tiramisu, or (and especially) sundaes and spritzes galore, for only €1! The address also promises a number of surprises, like unique merchandise, champagne, cakes, balloons, in short, everything you need for a successful birthday. One piece of advice: go early to make the most of it!Voir cette publication sur Instagram
