And for good reason, as the series captures the intensity of a kitchen in full swing, with chaotic daily life, kitchen rushes, relentless pace, and constant tension. Over the seasons, the humble sandwich shop in Chicago has undergone a transformation.
In a gourmet restaurant, always full of raw emotions, swinging between stress, humor, and moments that pause time. A Free Beef Sandwich for Parisians
Get ready for a treat: on June 27 and 28, the Amagat restaurant will let us experience the vibe of The Bear and, most importantly, introduce us to the beef sandwich that shaped the identity of the series, a must-try in street food that's as generous as it is comforting. To make this happen, the Michelin Guide has invited Bib Gourmand chefs Alex Swieton and Dylan Patel, both hailing from Chicago. For two days, the sandwich will be offered for free (while supplies last), with nearly 300 sandwiches available each day, both Saturday and Sunday. And here's the cherry on top: a golden ticket is hidden in one of the sandwiches which allows two people to win a starry dinner, specially crafted for the occasion by chefs coming from Chicago on the evening of Sunday, June 28, at the Caché restaurant in Villa Riberolle. In short, this is a must for fans of The Bear and anyone curious about good gastronomy!
