A new haven of peace has settled on Cadet Street. I have named it La Fantaisie, a cozy hotel in the heart of the bustling Faubourg Montmartre neighborhood, which will open its doors on June 15th. It is the first Parisian spot for the incredibly popular Swedish designer Martin Brudnizki, who reveals to us an address adorned with floral wallpapers and pastel colors.

In this chic and country atmosphere, we discover 63 cozy rooms and 10 suites that are just perfect, a completely bucolic interior garden, a restaurant led by Chef Dominique Crenn, an ultra-zen Holidermie spa, and the highlight of the show, a rooftop bar with a view of the Parisian rooftops. What a dream!

La Fantaisie not only offers us a place to recharge, but also a new gourmet address where we can indulge ourselves. Starred chef Dominique Crenn takes charge of the kitchen and unveils a menu that combines French origins and love for California, all in a zero plastic and zero waste philosophy.
