The sky is blue, the sun is shining... It's time for HOBA to unveil its brand new food court for 2025, complete with a lovely sunny terrace. Nestled in the heart of the ten acres of the Martin Luther King park – in the eco-district of Clichy-Batignolles – this space initiated by the team at Hasard Ludique promises us a new spring and summer season celebrating sustainable gastronomy.
And for good reason: HOBA continues its love for delicious food, both for our stomachs and the planet, by partnering with the eco-responsible label EcoTable and the association Bon Pour le Climat. Here, everything is designed to limit our carbon footprint, with measures such as reducing meat, using local products, opting for returnable containers, and collecting organic waste, which is then transformed into compost by Les Alchimistes.

After carefully reviewing over thirty applications from delicious and responsible Parisian kitchens, the high-flying food court in the 17th has finally chosen 5 chefs who are sure to make your taste buds swoon. Just a heads-up, you're going to be drooling!
