How about a delicious, indulgent American-style snack? That's what The Delambre Bakery, a New York-inspired, XXL cookie workshop, promises. They are opening their shop on September 30th in the 9th district.

It all started with love at first sight. Benjamin Delambre, a press officer, met Cinthia, a pastry chef from Mexico, right in the heart of Times Square in New York. From there, a beautiful love story was born, materialized today by The Delambre Bakery, a place of super cookies that has conquered all the people of Lille in search of delicious treats.

After a resounding success in the northern capital, the lovebirds have decided to export their love story to Paris, in search of Parisians. As Actu Paris explains, this new shop will be located on rue de la Chaussée-d'Antin, in the 9th arrondissement, and will open its doors on September 30th.


Artisanal and delicious production

At The Delambre Bakery, passion and craftsmanship intertwine to offer us the best of the New York cookie, known for its XXL size and its high level of indulgence. Here, each batch is unique! In this workshop-boutique, the cookies are handmade every day, without molds, to let imperfection shine. All with free-range eggs, local butter, and good Belgian chocolate.


Recipes that make us go crazy

While waiting for the upcoming opening of the store in Paris, what's better than drooling over different cookie recipes? For us, we can't wait to sink our teeth into The Original Gangster, the classic New York cookie with milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate, and nuts; or a Red Velvet, a subtle blend of white chocolate, cocoa, and Madagascar vanilla. We'll devour them in no time!
