Every year, the Michelin Guide ceremony is eagerly awaited like the Messiah by the culinary world. Who will win a star? Who will lose their title? Who will be recognized with a prestigious award? Enough suspense, we already know the names of the winners for 2026. And let me tell you, the list brings us so much joy!
A lovely list for the capital
This year, 54 new stars have been awarded, just three fewer than last year. A fruitful year indeed… And among the 54 who have earned their first star, eleven Parisian establishments are claiming their place in the race for stars:

Geoélia by chef Camille Saint M'leux (16th)
IRWIN by chef Irwin Durand (8th)
Imperial Treasure by chef Gao Xiaosheng (8th)
Prévielle by chef Romain Meder (7th)
Maison Ruggieri Palais Royal by chef Martino Ruggieri (1st)
Sus.hi Hanada by Chef Masayoshi Hanada (7th)
Heritages by Maison Ruggieri (8th)
Mr. Dior by Chef Yannick Alléno (8th)
Jin by Chef Satoshi Kobayashi (1st)
Pilgrim by Chef Masaki Nagao (15th)

In addition to this list, some chefs received specific awards, like Camille Gouyer from the restaurant Virtus in the 12th, who was awarded the Michelin Service Award 2026. On the sweet side, three pastry chefs from Paris won the Passion Dessert Award: Tessa Ponzo from the restaurant Irwin (8th), Coline Doussin from the restaurant Bellefeuille (16th), and David Boudinet from Maison Rostang (17th). These establishments join the list of prestigious restaurants recognized in the Michelin Guide, following the twelve new Bib Gourmands revealed last month.
A Shower of Stars
In addition to these newcomers, three other restaurants are added to this list by receiving their second star (a distinction awarded to a total of seven restaurants). Unfortunately, this .This year again, no Parisian address has managed to achieve the ultimate feat of winning a third award. But of course, two stars are still very impressive! After Sushi Yoshinga (2nd) and Blanc (16th) last year, it's now Virtus (12th), Hakuba (1st), and Alliance (5th) that reach the very respectable level of two stars in 2026!
