Brick Machine: The Regressive Taproom Back to the 90s

Great news for Sunday enthusiasts: Brick Machine is launching its brunch. The huge 1100 m2 taproom - with 330 scattered seats in a wow-effect decor - adds another string to its bow. The hybrid place, shining with its retro atmosphere, pink neons, and selection of craft beers brewed on site, never ceases to amaze us.

When it opened in the Grands Boulevards district in June, it caused quite a stir. The famous Brique House brand, which has been exponentially growing in popularity in the Hauts-de-France region, arrived in Paris. Now with 3 establishments in Lille and a new one in Bordeaux, it continues to amaze us.

Pink neon lights, a rain of craft beers, and Nordic brunch

The latest addition? Their Sunday brunch launched in February. Served from 11AM to 4PM, guests are invited to enjoy a generous menu with Nordic influences and their best-selling dishes. For 34€ per person, you can indulge in a selection of their favorite pizzas, scrambled eggs, hummus, baby potatoes, bacon, salmon, and other surprises. For dessert, there are mini pastries, fruit salad, Brussels waffles with various toppings, and more. Bon appétit!

Hey there! Did you know that Brique Machine's brunch also offers a vegetarian option? That's right! The bacon is plant-based and the salmon is swapped for a focaccia bursting with arugula and stracciatella. And that's not all - in addition to the delicious sweet and savory plates, you can enjoy unlimited drinks like coffee, juices, iced tea, and kombucha. And guess what? You can grab a classic blonde pint for Happy Hour price of €5.50. Sounds like a great deal, right? Enjoy your meal!
