It's at the foot of the BnF that this candidate from the 2023 season of Top Chef settles in for the summer season. In a superb setting, Alexandre Marchon takes the reins of Plat/Form, a temporary terrace at the edge of the Seine that is likely to become THE spot for all your summer evenings.

As the sun begins to shine in the city, outdoor spaces are blooming just like the Japanese cherry blossoms. And right in the heart of it all, a new exciting spot where street art, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and good vibes come together. Located by the BnF, the temporary terrace Plat/Form, covering 500 m2, will open its doors to visitors on May 29th, promising an incredible experience!


An exceptional menu

At this new spot, we first note the presence of Alexandre Marchon, also known as the President, who made an impression in season 14 of Top Chef. He is now offering a vegetarian menu, with dishes made from market produce and seasonal ingredients. Having started his career on the show Un dîner presque parfait before rising through the ranks during 8 weeks on the best show in the world, he is now putting down his knives for the summer to offer us an exceptional culinary experience.

In addition to high-quality cuisine, Pla.Form offers you to combine these dishes with wines from committed producers, and tailor-made cocktails, in order to fully enjoy the festive atmosphere of the place.
