Spice lovers, as our friends across the pond say: brace yourselves! On April 16, get ready to play with fire at the new spicy edition of the Food Market. For one beautiful spring evening, the Boulevard de Belleville will ignite with exciting – nearly perilous – climbs on the Scoville scale. Between burning sauces and mysterious spices, it’s going to be a grill-tastic adventure!

On the menu? The "Hot Ones" style wings from Bang Bang, the twisted paninis from Pezzopane, and the revamped chicken sandwiches from the rotisserie.
Rotisserie Segar offers a delicious burger topped with an entire pepper, while Pas Cher brings you the famous Reunionese rougail sausage from Oté. You can't miss the mouthwatering bagels from Munch, or the savory mafé from BMK. And for a sweet ending that will wake up your taste buds, Miliki tempts us with a delightful chocolate-pepper cake, while Craving Cookies gets us to play a little Russian roulette with their surprise cookies. And that's just the beginning...
An evening bursting with flavors
In addition to the finger-licking food stands, the Hot collective...Here, the entertainment will be led by bringing their spicy bar and a spicy roulette, to muster up some courage and get a full dose of thrills. Next to them, Gallia will also offer their classic blonde ales or IPAs, featuring two fiery options for the occasion: the Pimientita, a Wheat Ale with habanero pepper and raspberry, and the Pimenti-Tres, a Imperial Sour with pineapple, scorpion pepper, and a hint of mezcal. To wrap it up, WeRoad, specialists in solo travel trips, is organizing a hot sauce contest to add even more spice to the evening. In short, sensitive souls, beware: it’s going to be hot, burning, and sweat-inducing!
