Just six months ago, Chef Mehdi Favri treated us to the opening of his third location: Maslow Temple. A magnificent restaurant dressed in red, serving absolutely divine vegetarian plates, perfect for sharing (or not) with friends. This time, the chef is bringing back his pasta fresca concept, Fellows, with the opening of a second location in the 6th arrondissement.
The King of Veggie in Paris
For those who don't know him, Mehdi Favri is a true lover of vegetarian cuisine. With Maslow and Fellows, he eagerly explores plant-based flavors, whether through delightful creations or a dish that generally brings everyone together, a.k.a. pasta. In his neo-70s counter on Faubourg-Saint-Denis, the chef offers plates priced between €9 and €13 (very reasonable, right?) featuring good homemade fresh pasta, made to perfection, and served with original recipes.inales – which are all vegetarian, of course.

A very soon Fellows 2.0
What's on the menu at Fellows? You can find classic tagliatelle aglio e olio, pici with Basque tomette cheese, zaatar, sesame, and pepper; carbonara reinterpreted with mushroom bacon... And our favorite, Mehdi's nod to his mom: pici with butter and cheese, topped with mustard pickles. It's a gro ```gently caressing our taste buds with a delightful flavor that makes you want to come back for more, along with perfectly mastered cooking of the pici.
The good news is that very soon we’ll be able to indulge in these comforting recipes from the other side of the Seine. The chef announced on Instagram the upcoming opening of a Fellows 2.0, much bigger to welcome all the hungry souls in the capital. We don’t have the opening date yet, but one thing is for sure, we’re already ready to whip out our finest forks.
