On the agenda, a licked restaurant, with polished concrete walls, featuring a minimalist decor that embraces the Haussmannian codes to highlight the Parisian chic, the city where Beau originated. Say goodbye to plastic, garish colors, and hospital lights typical of these kinds of spots; here, aged wood and mustard yellow velvet take center stage to make the burger a product crafted for both the streets and the palaces.

But is the menu up to par with this extremely innovative concept? Yes and no. On one hand, the burger seems quite classic — a smash steak and cheddar, made with juicy...Sure, they have good products, but nothing mind-blowing on the surface — still, the brand offers something that gets us a bit excited: caviar nuggets. These are pretty standard chicken bites, served in a box with fresh cream, chives, and a little container of caviar, all to elevate street food to another level. Just a heads up, we didn’t get the price for this little treat, but since a 30g jar of caviar is listed for €55 for delivery, we just want to warn you, it might be pricey.
