In Paris, we can't help but seek out places that offer the greatest treats that take us right back to our childhood in just one bite. We have a name to share with you: Chapon Chocolateries. Why? Because this summer, they’re offering “Chocolate Mousse Bars” at their various Parisian shops. Just thinking about it makes our mouths water!

A multitude of mousse selections
What does a Chocolate Mousse Bar look like? Just like visiting an ice cream shop, the different mousses are presented in tubs. You get to choose between Venezuela Chuao 75%, Canoabo 75%, Madagascar 75%, and many more. The mousses are then generously served to you in cones. It was back in 2006 when Patrice Chapon, founder of the eponymous chocolate shops, created the Chocolate Mousse Bar at the Salon du Chocolat.

To indulge in this delight, you’ll need just €7 for a cone. The Chocolate Mousse Bar can be found at the Chapon shop on Rue du Bac in the 7th, at the Avenue Mozart in the 16th, at Saint Sulpice in the 6th, at Belleville in the 19th, and many more locations. And because as temperatures rise, we dream only of refreshing treats, Chapon also offers its ice cream popsicles all summer long! Grué Chuao infusion, Peruvian Chocolate Sorbet or Cacao Mucilage, Madagascar or Papua Vanilla... The flavors are as delicate as they are unique. You have no excuses not to go and try it this summer!
