There are 11 awards that were handed out this Monday by a panel of experts. Hotels, schools, bakeries, organic restaurants, or vegetarian spots, 11 establishments were recognized for their sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives. It’s a very prestigious title, especially at a time when ecology is everyone’s responsibility, and 3 Parisian establishments emerged as winners.
A ranking for the planet
To establish its ranking, far from being based on popularity or concept, Écotable relied on over 150 criteria, divided into 8 main categories. It’s a true environmental audit that takes into account communication and transparency regarding sources, the ...waste management, working conditions, menu creation, and the health impacts of the offered products. And in 2025, three Parisian establishments received extremely prestigious titles. We’ll tell you all about it!

For this second edition, and building on last year's success, Écotable is launching in 2025 3 new awards: the Engaged Bakery-Pastry Prize, the Engaged Hotel Prize, and the Engaged School Prize. And just like always, the capital has once again shone by winning the latter, thanks to La Source, the eco-friendly café-canteen of Cité Fertile, where aspiring chefs are busy behind the stove.
The City of Light has also snagged the Plant-Based Restaurant Prize. And it’s Sezono, in the 10th district, that has earned this award. Here, you’ll find delicious and inventive vegetarian cuisine, with options that really surprise!

Finally, the latest Parisian address to stand out, thanks to the Prix du Groupe Engagé: Arkose! Yes, the most sought-after climbing gyms in the capital have made a name for themselves with fresh and original locavore cuisine, highly sourced and responsible.
