Attention Japanese cuisine enthusiasts, chef Cyril Lignac (known mainly for his pastries and his heavenly chocolates - special mention to Equinoxe) is opening a new savory address with dishes straight from the land of the rising sun. And it's worth the detour.

Never two without three
It was back in 2016 when the famous jury of the Best Pastry Chef opened its very first Bar des Prés in the 6th arrondissement. Following the success of this establishment, they expanded to London in 2021, and now, at the start of 2024, we are delighted and honored to welcome the third location, nestled between the Seine and the Champs-Élysées.
Just like in their other restaurants, Cyril Lignac presents authentic Parisian-Japanese cuisine (with attention to detail) : maki, sashimi, sushi, and more. All prepared with finesse, harmony, top-quality ingredients, and exceptional skill. In short, this is a far cry from your typical neighborhood sushi joint - instead, it's a culinary journey to pure gastronomy. 🍽️🌟 #foodlover #deliciousmeal #yummy.
A High-End Counter
Like its two cousins, this new Bar des Prés aims to be of high quality, yes, but above all warm and welcoming. A cozy atmosphere, comfortable chairs, a striking carpet, and high stools to sit directly at the counter, it's a place where you canHail; where it's great to be. Feeling enhanced by the incredible dishes, of course.
In addition to ...the traditional sushi, the chef also offers must-try dishes, such as the crispy cakes of Madras curry crab or the Brittany sea urchins marinated in totazu, all accompanied by classic cocktails with a twist of Japanese flavors: Wasabi Bloody Mary, Sesame Martini... delightful!
