Dragon, the cocktail bar opened in November 2019 by the famous chef Cyril Lignac, will soon see a new restaurant with the same name right across the street. The host of Meilleur Pâtissier on M6 has just released a teaser on his Instagram account, which is sure to make your mouth water. The opening of the Dragon restaurant is scheduled for April 26th.
A restaurant with Asian flavors
Although the chef of Chardenoux has not yet revealed the menu or the interior of the restaurant, everything suggests that his cuisine will be inspired by Chinese and Japanese gastronomy: red tuna and salmon tataki, tartar, gyozas, lacquered shrimp, bao burger, stir-fried rice, dim sum... Revisited dishes with a Cyril Lignac touch for a pure moment of pleasure. We also hope that The famous Dragon bar cocktails will be on the restaurant's menu.
.On the decoration side, there is a good chance that this one will be designed by the famous duo of architects Studio KO, just like the cocktail bar located right across. The only question is whether we will once again find the red leather banquettes, brass, and large purple velvet curtains that make this bar so unique. A place that is both intimate, warm and confidential.
A new address on Dragon StreetAfter the restaurant Aux Prés, located at 27 Dragon Street, Le Bar des Prés, at 25, and the cocktail bar Dragon at 34, Cyril Lignac signs his fourth address on the same street, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. He has also opened Café Lignac in the 7th, as well as the restaurants Ischia in the 15th and Le Chardenoux in the 11th. Join us this Wednesday to try the chef's new table!
