This summer, the French elderflower liqueur ST-GERMAIN® is highlighting its delightful cocktail ST-GERMAIN® Spritz along with a range of savory treats to enjoy alongside. They had a wonderfully unique idea: to gather a team of five chefs, well-known for their excellence and skills. Each chef has joined forces, showcasing their unique know-how to create signature aperitif recipes that are seasonal and perfectly paired with the ST-GERMAIN® Spritz.
Five Chefs Rising to the Challenge
You may already be familiar with their names. They include Cyril Lignac, Diego Alary, Théo Lignani, and Toscane & Lucas. Whether as the French people's favorite chef, true social media stars, former contenders on Top Chef, or the creators behind the username The Way We Want, together they form what...
The French culinary scene has so much to offer! That's exactly why ST-GERMAIN® brought everyone together and set them some fun challenges as part of the Grand Remix. While the French liqueur remixes the Spritz with a unique touch of sweetness and freshness, the chefs remix the aperitif by pairing it with the ST-GERMAIN® Spritz. Creating an illusion, whipping up an appetizer bite from an ingredient they despise, or drawing inspiration from a childhood memory... The challenges were plenty, and the chefs took them on with flying colors!

Four delicious recipes proposed over four weeks
Sweet, savory, spicy, there’s something for everyone! And that’s great because you can enjoy them starting June 13, 2025, at Barapapa in the 12th. Each chef’s creation will be featured for one week, until July 15. Every day, from 5 PM to 9 PM, if you are among the first 100 customers to order a ST-GERMAIN® Spritz, you'll receive it alongside a chef’s creation.

Here’s the program:
Week 1, from June 13 to 23, it's time to create Cyril Lignac's recipe, featuring a delicious and zesty bite made without a single chili. This delightful dish is crafted from peas, mint, wasabi, and red tuna tartare.
Week 2, from June 24 to 30, Diego Alary will take center stage with his mini calamari and aioli panini accompanied by candied peppers. These flavors are a perfect Mediterranean blend, celebrating the essence of travel.
Week 3, from July 1 to 7, Théo Lignani will showcase his visual illusion: croquettes that resemble arancini but come with a melting mozzarella center, served with a miso mayonnaise.
During Week 4, from July 8 to 15, the duo Toscane & Lucas will deliver an interpretation of the crispy rice from Japan by presenting a Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. A mix that’s as surprising as it is delicious.
