Want to go to the mountains without getting stuck in traffic in Albertville? Head to the temporary rooftop Mont Trocadéro in the 16th arrondissement to enjoy an evening full of cheese worthy of the best ski resorts.

The decorations for the end-of-year holidays are starting to light up the streets of the capital, and with them comes that irresistible urge to taste the comforting dishes that we can't do without once winter comes. It just so happens that in the 16th arrondissement, the Eylau rooftop is adorned with its best mountain atmosphere to temporarily become the Mont Trocadero. Grab your boots and coats, we're going to take to the heights!


Cheese galore 

Embark on an exceptional experience that will make you feel like you're in the mountains right in the heart of Paris. From November to April 2024, Mont Trocadero takes over the heights of the Canopy Hotel to offer classic Alpine cuisine that makes our mouths water in anticipation. On the menu, you'll find croziflette, roasted camembert, onion soup, and other dishes that we absolutely love, reimagined by the touch of Chef Joffrey Servant and renamed with the vocabulary of winter sports resorts: snowboarding, powder snow, straight downhill, ski lift... We're almost tempted to bring our skis, that's how convincing it is.

To make it even more unique, Mont Trocadero offers the opportunity to dine inside a transparent bubble that will allow you to have a direct view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower and an exceptional panorama of the entire capital.
