The cheesecake is one of those desserts we absolutely love, simply because it's utterly delicious, and especially because there are endless variations of recipes. Basque burnt cheesecake, New York-style cheesecake, fridge cheesecake—there are hundreds of variations out there! And this new Parisian spot finally brings together in one place everything that this "cheese cake" has to offer.

A gem straight from the Netherlands

Since 2018, Greek chef Spiros Mariatos has been delighting Amsterdam with his colorful and delicious creations. After 8 years of tantalizing the taste buds of the Dutch capital with highly praised desserts, he decided at the end of January to gift us with the most beautiful surprise,With the opening of its first branch. And it’s Paris, the world capital of gastronomy (yes, really) that has been chosen for the occasion.

Encouraged by his French clients who were urging him to get a little closer, he made the trip west to open a brand-new location on Rue de la Roquette, just a stone's throw away from the Bastille square, in the 11th arrondissement.g> They now offer a multitude of recipes, to enjoy on-site or to take away, as well as a selection of hot and cold drinks for a sweet break done just right.

Endless Variations

On the menu, you'll find dozens of cheesecakes. Raw, baked, with fruits—seasonal, of course—or with chocolate, classic or original, there’s something for everyone’s taste. From the basic New York recipe to chocolate burnt cheesecake, through the honey version, topped with profiteroles, or the no-sugar and gluten-free recipe, everyone is sure to find the cheesecake that will satisfy all their cravings.

To constantly refresh the experience, the chef even offers savory variations, and every 2nd weekend of the month, there’s an exclusive creation inspired by a country around the world. Each dessert is available by the slice (priced at €6), or whole (ranging from €32 to €47 depending on the size), and can be ordered in advance for a special occasion. So, what will it be for you?
