Fans of Top Chef, we have some fantastic news for you! If the finale of the show left you a little down, marking the end of a bountiful season of the year, don’t worry! You can keep the fun going by visiting the restaurants of the various contestants located in Paris or in Île-de-France. This time, let's celebrate Charlie Anne, a talented finalist from the 2025 edition, who is introducing a brand new menu for this chateau in the Île-de-France.

Off to the Yvelines

From the very start of the competition, Charlie, hailing from Normandy, made quite an impression by serving the judges a stuffed duck neck... not cooked! A dish that may have sounded like a flop on paper, yet it earned him the selection by both Philippe Etchebest and Paul Pairet, with whom he chose to work during the contest. He then went on to amaze the Reviews of Michelin by securing their spot in the quarter-finals starting in week 8.

A splendid journey, indeed, for which he is now being recognized by the Bistrots pas Parisiens, thanks to the opening of his pop-up restaurant, Chou de Chanorier, set to debut in the château of the same name sometime in July. It was in this very place that a finale screening was held earlier this month, bringing together the 2 young finalists. Although the menu is still a mystery for now, given what Charlie has showcased throughout the season, we can expect a deliciously approachable cuisine inspired by Normandy.

Top Chef all over Paris

It's in the glasshouse of this beautiful château located in Croissy-sur-Seine that Charlie will set up his pots and pans for the summer. And even though the monument is only located at .45 minutes from Paris by RER A, we know that it can be a bit far for some of you. Fortunately, other candidates from the season are delighting us a little closer. This is the case for Philippine and Charles, the first couple to participate, and their restaurant Le Boréal, which offers an incredible cuisine, or the Splash, another table from Bistrots pas Parisiens, which throughout the summer offers a menu created by the grand winner, Quentin Mauro. The perfect spot for those who may not have had the chance to snag a seat for his host table!
