Meetings, deliciousness, flavors from afar… We say yes! So when we learned about the return of the Refugee Food Festival in Paris from June 8 to 29, we couldn't help but share the news with you.
What is it all about? It’s an event that takes place in 12 cities – Bordeaux, Dijon, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Paris, Rennes, Rouen, Toulouse, Tours – where restaurants welcome refugee chefs to serve you unique dishes that will make your taste buds dance!

More than ten establishments mobilized in Paris
2025 is not just any year for the Refugee Food Festival, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary and is led by chef Georgiana Viou and playwright Alexis Michalik. In Paris, 13 establishments will participate in this exceptional edition. The festivities will kick off on Monday, June 16 at La Cité Refuge in the 13th arrondissement, featuring a starred lunch of Senegalese-Beninese cuisine crafted by Harouna Sow and Georgiana Viou.
At Café des Délices in the 20th arrondissement, you can also treat yourself to a Franco-Bangladeshi lunch, prepared by Sani Mohammad, Sido Beausoleil, and Thomas Coste, on June 18. For dinner, head over to Chez Magda.In the 11th, on June 24th, come savor a four-course Franco-Georgian menu created by Magda Gegenava and Eloi Spinnler, or head over to the Café des ministères in the 7th to enjoy a delightful Franco-Tibetan collaboration featuring Jean and Roxanne Sévègnies alongside Tsering and Leksang Gungpa. A festival filled with food workshops and lively evenings
While there will be plenty of options for lunch and dinner, the Refugee Food Festival has even more exciting plans! On June 21st, you can step behind the scenes during a Colombian cooking and mixology workshop with Elmer Blandon Diaz at Hoba in the 17th. Over at Tapisserie in the 11th, from June 17th to 29th, you can savor a delicious Syro-Lebanese tartlet created by Maha Achkar and Laure Lebarbier. On June 20th at Amarres in the 13th, join us for a night of inter-associative fun in celebration of World Refugee Day, featuring a dinner, of course, along with a concert, a documentary screening, and a photo exhibition. Our tip? Be sure to make a reservation, tables will fill up quickly!
