Just a few steps away from Place Saint-Georges, a new caffeinated spot has just opened its doors. Blondie, a Parisian coffee roastery, unveils the best coffee from around the world to satisfy our taste buds. This is the first address for Tom and Tanguy, who have trained with the best coffee roasters, from Paris to New York.
From plant to cup, these coffee enthusiasts have one goal: to share their "roasting knowledge" with all Parisians. To achieve this, they import carefully selected coffee beans from Latin America and Africa, renowned for their exquisite taste. to responsible and ethical producers. The beans are then roasted on-site in Paris, to bring out the complexity of the coffee's aromas and flavors. All that's left is to enjoy it on-site or take home a packet of delicious ground coffee.

In addition to a variety of caffeinated beverages, Blondie also offers a savory menu with seasonal sandwiches and salads, as well as a sweet menu featuring lemon meringue pie, banana bread, blondie (the cake), and soft and chewy cookies... Everything is homemade and everything is delicious. The cherry on top? To celebrate their soft opening, Tom and Tanguy are offering free espresso until Wednesday, April 26.
