After hosting the Bistrot Top Chef in Suresnes and participating in the opening of the new high-end location of Danny Khezzar in Rueil-Malmaison, two flagship establishments in the Hauts-de-Seine, the Bistrots Pas Parisiens are heading west to settle in the Yvelines. Their new home base: the Château Chanorier, which will host the group's next restaurant, represented by Hakim Gaouaoui and joined by presenter Stéphane Rotenberg, starting next summer.

Dinner in the Heart of an 18th Century Castle

Nestled in Croissy-sur-Seine, this elegant 18th-century residence embodies all the architectural refinement of its time. Built for the Le Bas de Courmont family, wealthy financiers during the reign of Louis XV, it has withstood the test of time, having passed through the hands of various influential owners. By the end of the 19th century, Count de Chanorier acquired it, bestowing upon it its current name.

Transformed over the years, this castle has managed to preserve its bygone charm while adapting to new uses. Today, it thrives as a dynamic cultural center, hosting exhibitions, a museum dedicated to Impressionism, and a space specifically for children. The new restaurant from Bistrots Pas Parisiens will be opening soon!

The glass roof of the residence will complement its already diverse offerings. Before them, the Italian chefs Massimiliano Balossi and Maurizio Gonezzi managed an establishment there for five years.

A Chef's Restaurant·fe !

This is the first time that Bistrots Pas Parisiens are opening in the Yvelines, but their restaurant concept remains the same : offering a short menu crafted by a chef·fe - often renowned - filled with homemade dishes and nothing but homemade, all while ensuring affordable prices for guests. This results in several menus featuring 4 starters, 4 main courses, and 4 desserts, all priced between 34€ and 39€. For now, neither the name nor the chef·fe of the place is known, but given the royal setting in which it’s located, we’re expecting top-notch quality. Stay tuned in six months to book your reservation !
