What would a Christmas meal be without its oysters, plump turkey, and everlasting sweet log? But this year, let's innovate a little and shake up the traditions with a Lebanese-flavored ice cream log. And it's perfect timing: Bachir, the best Lebanese ice cream parlor in the capital, has just unveiled two frozen desserts that will amaze all your guests at Christmas.
Pistachio madness
No doubt, in Lebanon, we know how to savor ice cream! At Bachir, they are creamy and perfectly made just the way we like them. No more light ice creams! The top choice is crushed pistachios as a topping for an express trip to the Middle East. With their two Parisian locations, one in Montmartre and the other in the Rambuteau district, Bachir delights all Parisians, both summer and winter, with 100% organic and authentic ice creams. And for the holidays, the ice cream parlor offers a brand new collection of very special ice cream logs.

On the menu, therefore, two well-iced yule logs in the image of the most beautiful Parisian monuments. First, we have the Dome of Montmartre inspired by the famous hill and its Sacred Heart made up of the house's specialties: achta ice cream (made from milk and orange blossom) with a filling of pistachios and an insert of crystalline pistachio pieces. And to top it all off, a white chocolate arrow!
Next, the Dome of the Paris Opera with achta ice cream, apricot, and pistachio with a pistachio dacquoise (which supports the monument) covered with an apricot compote flavored with tonka bean. The top of the dome is made of white chocolate and sprinkled with spirulina to obtain this mythical green roof.
