A kebab like in Berlin
What Sürpriz aims for? To show us what a REAL kebab is. The tasty and perfectly toasted bread is handmade every morning by a small Turkish baker in the 10th district. Inside, thin slices of grilled and marinated chicken (from the same butcher as Moustafa, aka the best kebab chef in Berlin) are accompanied by an amazing mix of fresh vegetables and cooked vegetables: peppers, eggplants, zucchinis, carrots, arugula, red and white cabbage, tomatoes, parsley, mint... all sprinkled with crumbled fresh cheese and sauced with three homemade creations. The highlight? The addition of a touch of lemon zest (which makes all the difference). And for those who aren't big meat eaters, a vegetarian version is even offered with grilled vegetables and roasted halloumi. The ultimate pleasure? Finishing the meal with one of their donuts straight out of the Mamiche ovens. Very, very naughty!
