You can just imagine the hours of horrible tastings of delicious pastries with vanilla scents, and we genuinely feel for them having to work hard to bring us such an amazing list. Thanks to these d devoted and generous souls, we are able, dear readers of Bonbon, to reveal to you the addresses of the best flans in the capital!
Paris, the flan capital?

And we have to admit that it's perfectly justified, because it's objectively one of the greatest pastry creations in our world. Fortunately, some Parisian addresses have understood this well and go above and beyond to offer you top-quality pastries. And it's in the 11th that the best of them all can be found, at Bakery 8 Bopain, named the top Paris address for flan. This is followed by Maison Bergeron (7th), the bakery Chez Isaac (18th), Maison Thevenin (6th), Moulin de la Croix Nivert (15th), and finally Au Paradis du Gourmand (14th).
The Grand Paris at its Best
However, we must give credit where credit is due and set the record straight. While we’re thrilled to know that 6 Paris addresses are in the top 10, they actually hold the places... 5 to 10. Indeed, the top of the ranking is dominated by the r&eacu .te;gion, apparently much more efficient than the bakeries within the city for providing jaw-dropping flans.
