In life, there are truly some people who have difficult jobs. Fortunately, some Parisian addresses have truly understood this and go above and beyond to offer you top-quality pastries. And it's in the 11th that you'll find the best of them all, at Bakery 8 Bopain, crowned as the number one spot in Paris for flan. Following closely are Maison Bergeron (7th), the bakery Chez Isaac (18th), Maison Thevenin (6th), Moulin de la Croix Nivert (15th), and finally Au Paradis du Gourmand (14th).

However, we must give credit where credit is due and set the record straight. While we are thrilled to know that 6 Parisian spots are in the top 10, they actually occupy the spots…5 to 10. Indeed, the top of the rankings is dominated by the r&eacu .te;gion, apparently much more efficient than the bakeries within the city for providing drool-worthy flans.
