If their burger makes your mouth water (and oh! We totally understand you), head over to the 95, in Deuil-la-Barre, a charming little town in Val d'Oise that's easily accessible directly from Gare du Nord thanks to the H line of the suburban train.

The silver medal is in Paris
And for those who think that it's still a bit far for a burger (we're not judging you), no worries, because the silver medalist is located right in the heart of the capital, in the 3rd arrondissement. It's the restaurant Horiz, along with l’Equinoxe, created by chef Olivier Lin. A burger that blends French and Chinese flavors, made with a potato bun in soy sauce toasted in Sichuan pepper butter. Peanut butter, cucumber pickles, meat, and sheep cheese complete the deliciousness. Yum!
