Well, look no further than Benoît Castel, who is reinventing the concept with Fashion Choux during the weekend of March 18th.


9 mouthwatering recipes at a low price

Don't expect just a plain vanilla choux: Benoît Castel has planned to revisit these little wonders with 9 recipes that are as original as they are delicious. The rule of thumb? Everything is (of course) homemade, combining fruit, cream, and chocolate. And today is not the day you'll be breaking the bank for choux: each one costs between €4.20 and €5.
