Since its opening in 2017, Bisou, the cocktail bar located on boulevard du Temple in the 3rd arrondissement, has become one of our must-visits. And why not? Here, there's no fixed menu, every drink crafted is personalized according to the tastes and desires of the customer. Great news for all the fans of this place, a second Bisou bar has recently opened its doors. Still on the Right Bank, this new spot in the 10th, on quai de Jemmapes, welcomed its first customers on April 23rd!

Personalized creations and take-away cocktails
While the original concept of Bisou remains the same, some exciting innovations have been added to this new bar. The main one? Take-away cocktails. Considering the bar's location, “there needed to be a take-away option,” says Nicolas Munoz, founder of Bisou, in an interview with Business & Marchés. A menu has been created, allowing you to pick up 50 cl bottles of cocktails to enjoy by the Canal Saint-Martin. Expect to pay €32 for the bottles of Kumquat margarita or Strawberry Negroni that serve 5 glasses, €26 for the Brown butter colada, Chardonnay pornstar, or Rhubarb spritz that serve 4 glasses, and €21 for the Strawberry Negroni, Pornstar spritz, and Rhubarb spritz.
