Every year, the Pudlowski guide rewards the best addresses in the capital. The big winner this year? A classic and authentic French bistro, Le Moulin à Vent, located in the heart of the Latin Quarter.

This is one of the trusted culinary critics in Paris. Gilles Pudlowski, who is used to exploring the little gems of the capital, organized the second edition of the "Pudlo Trophies for Bistros" this year. What's the idea? It's a competition that rewards, as the name suggests, the truly good bistros, those that bring joy and pleasure, that comfort and soothe the heartaches. And the award for the best Parisian bistro this year goes to Moulin à Vent, a charming little spot in the Latin Quarter, just a stone's throw away from the Institute of the Arab World, which has remained virtually unchanged since its establishment 80 years ago. The selection was based on several criteria: traditional French cuisine, the welcoming atmosphere, good wines, and a great value for the money. In total, there are 107 bistros that make up the new guide for the "Petit Pudlo des bistros 2023". for 7 winners. The palm was won hands down by this very popular address, with good products, a great atmosphere, not too expensive, and that brings back the nostalgia of old Paris that we would have loved to experience.
