A dream spot that gets dressed up for winter! Say hello to Chez Monix, for a third winter season in the mountains and full of deliciousness. The mountain in Paris After the success of the first two editions of Chez Monix, the bistro welcomes you in the most stylish mountain chalet of the year, in the heart of a real Christmas village surrounded by a forest of fir trees, with 20 vintage ski lifts and cable cars from the 60s, a snowmobile, a snowplow, a fireplace, vintage skis, cauldrons... A total immersion, all just 10 minutes from Porte Maillot.

A competitive mountain menu

When we think of the mountains, we obviously think of raclette and Savoyard fondue. And luckily, Chez Monix offers you a variety of cheeses to satisfy your cravings. The menu also includes authentic slow-cooked dishes that warm your heart, such as the famous pot-au-feu, veal stew, and delicious stuffed cabbage, as well as some grilled dishes over a wood fire, like grilled sea bass or ribeye steak. For dessert, you can indulge in all kinds of crepes and waffles, but the real treat is the divine Mont-Blanc with chestnuts. And of course, we wash it all down with a delicious mulled wine. It's official - we're taking it to new heights.
