So yes, in principle, a chocolate croissant, with chocolate, is nothing exceptional. But here we're talking about a flaky pastry stuffed with an entire portion of brownie. And one thing is for sure, it's as decadent as it looks.

A new addiction on the horizon ?

You loved the cruffin, devoured the crownie, and adored the crookie ? Then to discover this new gem, head to Jeffrey Cagnes' stores in the 1st, 2nd or 17th. The artisan wasted no time riding the wave of cookie-croissant success to offer a new super gourmet version. A chocolate croissant filled with a piece of pecan brownie. How nice !

Well, we still advise you to restrain your enthusiasm right away. It's very good, super comforting, and very indulgent. But it's nothing revolutionary, since it remains, quite literally, a chocolate croissant. Less surprising than its cookie dough cousin, however, this little dessert is worth a try, at least once, just to taste it!
