After creating one of the best smash burgers in Paris, they are now launching their nuggets

Most foodies just adore the address in Dumbo that dishes out some of the most scrumptious smash burgers in Paris. But the two pals behind the idea have upped the game by revamping another fast-food favorite: the beloved nuggets. These nuggets are incredibly crunchy and tasty, taking us back to the good old days of childhood. The Nugget Challenge It took them over a year to perfect the recipe and achieve the taste and texture that we all cherish from our youth. Replicating the iconic nuggets from a famous American chain with a homemade twist and premium ingredients is no small feat. Charles and Samuel went for French chicken for its tenderness and flavor. After being seasoned with a secret mix of spices, the chicken is coated in a super-light, airy tempura-style batter. Fried in two separate rounds just before serving, these nuggets are best enjoyed piping hot and crispy with a house-made "sweet and sour" dipping sauce made from apricot jam, spices, vinegar, soy sauce, and mustard.

The new address in Le Marais

Third address for the super successful Dumbo. On the menu: a sleek and vintage design like its first spot in Pigalle opened in 2019, blending modernity and authenticity. We take a seat on Vitra's Artek stools to enjoy our smash and nuggets for a few moments.
