The Confidences
At the restaurant Les Confidences — the restaurant of the San Régis Hotel — you'll find a delightful place serving traditional American recipes, given a twist by Chef Erwan Ledru. On the menu, there are three starters featuring smoked salmon, foie gras confit with yellow wine, or a creamy pumpkin soup. Next up is the unstoppable stuffed turkey with chestnuts served with a savory meat jus and cranberries, accompanied by a pie of squash, roasted parsnips, and wild mushrooms. To wrap things up, there’s a chocolate cake and an apple tart for that sweet touch. Everything will be beautifully presented in the form of a grand banquet. Tempting, isn’t it?
