The team at La Bellevilloise knows how to bring us joy by announcing the reopening of its rooftop, as well as its 900 m² wasteland space, 88 Ménilmontant, which is kicking off its 2026 season. Starting from Saturday, April 25, this huge green garden (somewhat hidden) that we've missed so much will open its doors until the end of September, from Wednesday to Sunday.
900 m² of chill
As every year since 2017, La Bellevilloise is taking over the 900 m² lot at 88 rue de Ménilmontant for a new summer season. A must-visit spot in East Paris and the ultimate place in the 20th for chilling, this large garden makes us feel at home with its vintage furniture, sun loungers, and charming retro vibe. In short, it promises a suspended moment where all you need to think about is taking your time, enjoying, and soaking up as much vitamin D as possible. And to top it all off.

Food, music & sun
Art performances, shows, stand-up, workshops… This spring and summer, it’s happening at 88 Ménilmontant. Following the success of their 2024 and 2025 editions, the team has decided to renew the permanent presence of workshops and boutiques. On the agenda, you’ll find local creators and artisans, ready to showcase their amazing talents!;it's all about letting you discover their craftsmanship. The season will also feature numerous workshops: solidarity yoga, upcycling, and even jewelry making, to name just a few.
As for food, no worries! Like every year, 88 Ménilmontant will welcome two kiosks to refresh and delight you starting April 25th. But when it comes to the party, join us on May 16th for a grand reopening under the zenith in the open air, from 3 PM to 11 PM. On this occasion, the Cofi Club collective will treat our ears behind the turntables, mixing house and pop to celebrate the beautiful days just right.
