It's a ranking that we await every month like it's the Messiah. A unique selection, led by a panel of experts, showcasing the crème de la crème of gastronomy, the best addresses from all across France. And at the end of February, a brand new list has just been published by the famous Michelin Guide, revealing 30 new establishments recognized as worthy of spending a month's salary for an exceptional dinner. Or maybe not, because some have rather affordable prices considering the quality of the meal. Great news, this time, out of the 30 restaurants listed, 6 are located in Paris!
6 new Parisian tables among the best in France
If there are indeed people on this earth who have made it rather...When it comes to restaurant recommendations, it's the inspectors of the Michelin Guide that you can trust! This month, they have put the French capital in the spotlight once again, as 6 out of the 30 new spots featured in the Michelin Guide France this February are located in Paris. It seems that this month, cuisines inspired by foreign flavors have dazzled our inspectors, as 4 out of the 6 awarded addresses showcase (more or less) distant inspirations and creations that blend different cultures.

For example, we have Soé, a charming spot located in the heart of the Marais, offering a cuisine that beautifully blends Parisian bistronomy with Asian culinary traditions. The same goes for Calice in the 5th arrondissement, inviting us to experience a modern cuisine with Japanese touches. In the 9th arrondissement, we discover BRU, a place where seasonal ingredients are elevated with flavors from Martinique, thanks to chef Julia de Laguarigue's roots. Lastly, perhaps a bit less exotic but equally delightful, we have L’Attilio in the 8th arrondissement, where chef Attilio Marrazzo, an alumnus of Joël Robuchon, enchants us with Italian dishes that are simply to die for. So this month, we’re treated to a culinary world tour!

The Classics in the Spotlight
If you’re more into traditional French bistro cuisine, don’t worry, that’s exactly what the 5th and 6th establishments featured this month have to offer. On one side, there’s Pétrus in the 17th. Here, chef Sylvain Sendra brings the classics back to life with skill and generosity. It’s everything we love, really. On the other side, La Ferme du Pré in the 16th. An extension of his Pré Catalan, Frédéric Anton serves up simple, nostalgic, and delightful dishes in a charmingly bucolic setting.
