In 2023, Parisians gave birth to a majority of Louises and Gabriels, the two most popular names of the year!

What are the most popular names you will come across in a few years in the capital? To find out, the website open-data.paris.fr has compiled a list of the top 20 names given to newborns in Paris in 2023. The results are quite similar to those of last year and clearly show that the residents of the capital appreciate rather traditional and short names.
