Like coming home
Returning to Paris means going back to your roots. It was in the capital, at the Palais des sports, that Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublil's musical was born in 1980. A spectacle that captivated the French audience so much that in 1985, Cameron Mackintosh adapted it into an English version, with its premiere taking place at the Barbican Theatre in London.

Millions of conquered spectators
And once again, the story of Jean Valjean, Cosette, and Gavroche captures the hearts of spectators since almost 40 years later, the show is still on stage in the British capital. A record, which ranks Les Misérables as the longest continuous run in history.
From the 1990s, the musical travels all around the world, from New York to Norway, Switzerland to Canada. Since its creation, over 130 million spectators have come to appreciate the performance on stages worldwide. If you want to be the next one, you can already reserve your ticket!
