You love theater, dance, singing, and getting good deals? We've found the perfect plan for you. This Saturday, October 14th, the Châtelet theater offers you the opportunity to come and attend two completely dedicated musical comedy performances for free, on the occasion of the Grand Opening of the Châtelet Musical Club.


A great free opening night

Usually, the entrance fee for the Châtelet Musical Club is 15 euros. But for its grand opening night, and to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the International Dance Academy (AID), it's a free night that awaits all musical comedy enthusiasts!

For the occasion, the teams have gone all out: 215 students from the best musical theater classes will be on the stage of the Grand Foyer, accompanied by singer Jasmine Roy and actor Sinan Bertand. In total, there will be representatives from 7 schools, both public and private, performing on stage, including the Cours Florent and the Mozart Conservatory of the City of Paris.


Musical theater from yesterday and today

For those who are not yet familiar, the Châtelet Musical Club is a one-hour musical show performed by students from different musical theater schools in Paris, paying tribute to the world of musical theater, from Broadway to Paris and even the West End. West Side Story, Mary Poppins, Wic...ked, Moulin Rouge... From the greatest masterpieces of the past to the latest theater releases, everything is covered!
© Thomas Amouroux On October 14th, about fifteen titles will be performed, including the legendary "Somewhere" from West Side Story and "Revolting Children" from Matilda, as well as original creations by the CRR de Saint-Maur.
